Ok so I like running now...how did this happen? I had so much energy, it was amazing. I don't know if it was all the quinoa or WHAT but all of the sudden I was able to jog without stopping for, well forever.. I stopped at 30 minutes. I sure hope this continues.

good for you!! I am up to 45 minutes finally, but it took me forever to make the jump up in time. It is so good for your body and your mind! xoxo

thanks! yeah it felt great. I lowered the speed dial and that helped too. I was always trying to go too fast before and it just wasnt fun.
