when we have our next baby I would love to do some cute announcements. With Isla, I was just not even in the frame of mind to organize all that, I was too tired. Hopefully next time it will go smoother. Anyway I am in love with this announcement shown above and I also love the idea of laying a baby on some gorgeous fabric as a back drop....

I have been listening (and singing along..) to this album A LOT, haha, I am a dork but I have always had a thing for 70s soft rock type stuff (maybe I grew up hearing my mom sing to it on car rides?!) anyway I love it and many of the pretty meloncholy songs bring tears to my eyes...(!)

I am frustrated because I have lost the charger for our digital camera, so I have been missing out on lots of cute pictures of Isla...I am a very unorganized person, I am trying to get better at this, but maybe instead of ordering a new charger (since I know it will pop up soon..) I can finally get this plastic camera I have wanted for so long...its like $50 and takes cool pictures.

I always love the lounge wear at Anthropologie... sadly I never get any because I can't justify spending that much on clothes I just wear around the house...though these are cute enough to wear everywhere I think! I am a sucker for anything soft and comfy....

I love this braided hair so much, can someone teach me how to do it please? : ) I don't think I am coordinated enough to do it on myself though.

it has been sooo COLD for DAYS here in San Francisco...I am not happy about this. I want sunshine. I am afraid this is only the beginning though...(think 'the coldest winter I have ever spent was a summer in SF' quote).

I just bought this necklace for Isla at Etsy shop Nest pretty things. I also bought vintage baby clothes from etsy shop Baby Hank...Isla will model them soon.

scrapbook

saw this on Jcrew. this is my kind of scrapbooking. i have been wanting to compile all of my scraps that i have just thrown in a box and i really like the format and style of this jcrew book....the text, paperclips and tape but done really clean and simply. i want to make one, maybe of our next vacation or something. i really want to get this camera, it prints little tiny pictures and has cool effects.
