I've been a big fan of the blog Folkloric for a while, she takes the most beautiful photographs of her surroundings. aren't these so gorgeous?? and that looks like french toast, the most delicious french toast ever...

one day

I have soo many random photos on this computer (sigh). one day steve and I would love a home with tranquil mountain/lake views and privacy like many of these below. I love a cozy cabin feel and I also love the modern clean styles as well.

I can't wait to go to Utah next month and see the mountains covered in snow, eat in Park City, visit Tif, sit by the fireplace, and just soak up every wonderful minute of Christmas.

Also it will be Isla's first Christmas, so that will be special.

Of course, now that I finally live near the ocean...I am dreaming of this: that fresh PINE air...the majestic mountains and dense forests, flushed cheeks, hot cocoa and fireplaces....so cozy. steve is a pro skier and is going to teach me when we can afford it. maybe I will always be torn, because I still have such a love for the ocean too....
